It’s 2017!

Wow hello and welcome back!

I’ve been an extraordinary shit blogger these past few months and for that I truly apologise to any readers that were a bit upset over the lack of posts!

The sad and boring truth is life well and truly got in the way as per usual!

Christmas and New Year wasn’t the easiest of times for me if I’m honest with you as it was my first without my mum. It wasn’t the same and I was so tempted to just not celebrate it and just Chinese food. However I knew I wouldn’t forgive myself if I did that to my boyfriend. We ended up spending Christmas in Chatel, France and it was lovely and magical. Even if there was hardly any snow! Here are a few pics for you guys.

For New Year we just had a meal and few drinks with some family and friends which again was nice but come midnight I found myself overwhelmed with the huge changes I’ve had in 2016.

Anyway after a bit of grovelling I decided not to think about the bad things of 2016 but the good. This was the year I started my masters in something I absolutely love, it’s also the year I started doing stand up and my blog both amazing things!

And this year I’ll be doing even more stand up and writing as now I have my part time teaching job to help fund it! I’m going to the London Screenwriters Festival in September and I’m submitting  work to the BBC around Spring time. Of course in February I’m performing stand up at the Hot Water Comedy Club in my very own Liverpool too!

The house is also still under going renovation and our new kitchen is getting fitted as we speak! I think next we’re planning on doing the bathroom and our bedroom.

So there we go! So much is happening and I hoestly am looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities this year will bring. Bring it on!
