The Browdown Part 2: The bushier the better!

It’s no secret I’m a brow lover. I literally groom them like they’re my pet or something!

However, me and my brows have often had an interesting relationship. I blame the teen years when the ultimate trend was to have the thinnest brows going…

Needless to say, my poor and naturally dark and bushy brows suffered. I seem to go through periods of wanting to never touch my brows again and let them grow back naturally and then periods of wanting every last sparse or grown back hair tweezed out before anyone can notice.

The thing is though, I love a good strong brow. I think a good brow does wonders for your face, it frames, makes it look slimmer and really sets off your make up not to mention how much younger they can make you look! To achieve the brows I have at the moment I currently use my trusty Bobbi Brown Perfectly Defined Long Wear Brow Pencil in the shade Mahogany. It does wonders for my currently lacklustre brows but at times I still do feel that they’re still bit too pencily looking. At the end of the day, natural is still the best.

At the moment, I’m sort of in a place were I want to grow my eyebrows back yet keep them in as good of a shape as I can. I’ve decided to steer clear from getting them  waxed, or getting any treatments done such as ‘Benefit Brows’ or ‘HD Brows’. Instead I think it’s gonna be a case of good old fashioned waiting.

Ah yes, Patience will have to be my new motto I think this time around. Something I’ve never truly been a fan of before, as you can probably tell by how inpatient I’ve been with the house decorating.

Anyway to help with the process, I’m also investing in some good old fashioned brow serum. At the moment the one I have my eye on is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Enhancing Serum Advanced.  I’ve only ever heard amazing things about their brow products and can’t wait to give some of their products a try!

If you guys can give me any advice or  other methods and products that can help my brows grow quicker that would be much appreciated!

Now I just need to learn to be patient….
