Since I haven’t done a make-up blog post in a while, I thought I’d give you guys a little post on what I’ve been putting on my face for the past couple of weeks. I’ve been recently going for a more relaxed and natural look (thanks to my lovely post holiday tan).
I recently purchased my dream foundation, Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation which is perfect for this look as its the perfect ‘no foundation foundation’ and it has the most gorgeous healthy finish on my skin. For concealer, I’ve been using the Naked Skin Concealer under my eyes as it really works wonders on my under eye area. For this I use my Beauty Blender as it gives me a really healthy and natural finish.
For the healthy highlighted glow I dap a bit of my Benefit girl meets pearl Highlighter. It’s perfect for a quick fix instant skin boost and has a lovely dewy tint to it. For contouring, I’ve kicked it back old school with my Bourjois Bronzing Powder and Highlighting Duo. It’s an affordable dupe version of my favourite contouring product, the old Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow. I use my Real Techniques Expert Face Brush. To add a bit of colour to my cheeks I use my trusty Bourjois Blush Pot in Frosted Rose.
To finish the eye area off I whip out some of my L’Oreal Miss Hippie Mega Volume Waterproof Mascara. I got this for a change from my usual Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara and its good for creating thick and curly lashes without spending a fortune.
And finally for my lip area I am absolutely in love with nude lips at the moment. I’m loving a strong shape so I use my Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in the shade Iconic Nude it’s a stunning colour and really defines my barely there lips. Last but by no means least, I colour them in with my Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Hot Lips Lipstick in the shade Super Cindy.
