When I find out Minimalist Baker was bringing out a cookbook, i was so excited! Not only are their recipes insanely good and nutritious but they’re also ridiculously easy to make! WIN! Long gone are the days of me scrolling through their blog to find something to make for dinner, now I just swish through the pages of their gorgeously illustrated book to my heart’s delight and of course, I do have the odd cheeky glance on their blog sometimes…

Clean Eating Alice: The Body Bible
Alice of Clean Eating Alice is a goddess! I’ve followed her on insta for a while now and her recipes always make me druel. She not only combines healthy and balanced meals but she also does so whilst making it look insanely tasty! What even better about this book is its about your whole body transformation as supposed to just another recipe book. A brilliant book for anyone interested in making a healthy change.
