Summer Wedding Look

Ok! So despite this appalling lack of summer we’re experiencing over here in the UK, summer wedding season has officially begun so therefore I thought I’d give you guys a little make up throwback to when I was a wedding guest last year.

Summer for me personally is all about that healthy sun kissed look and therefore my make up has to be glowy.

As I had an amazing tan from my travels, I decided to enhance it with the NARS Sheer Glow Foundation in the shade, Deauville. This foundation is perfect for my freshly tanned skin and gives me a luminous healthy skin look. For concealer, I used the NARS Creamy Concealer in the shade Custard (I purchased this one as the make up artist recommended me going a shade darker to cover imperfections) and then for bronzer I used the NARS Laguna Bronzer as it is THE ultimate summer bronzer!

For a wedding I believe its best to keep make up natural and cool. Afterall, which Bride wants to be outdone by her guest!  I contoured a little with my Benefit Hoola Bronzer to create that cheekbone perfection, coz which girl wants chubby cheeks in weddings snaps!?

To finish off, I tend to just do big, natural brows with my Bobbi Brown Eyebrow Definer in Mahogany and then apply a fair amount of a sexy musky red lip such as the MAC Satin Lipstick in Mocha, and as you guys know I pretty damn adore this product!

And that’s it, my simple ten minutes or less summer wedding make up look. If any of you are attending a wedding soon, I hope it’d inspired you a tad!
