The Best of The Budget Beauty

Seems as I’ve been a teeny bit obsessed with Charlotte Tilbury for the last couple of weeks, I thought it was about time I evened the score and did some budget friendly products. All of these products are available from either Boots or Superdrug.
So without further ado, here the products!

Rimmel Wake Me Up
In terms of budget beauty nothing comes close to the Rimmel Wake Me Up. I’d say it’s like the dupe version of Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk but a lot kinder on your purse. Therefore, it’s a sure thing!

Maybelline Fit Me
This concealer is Maybelline’s first gel formula concealer but it perfectly hides imperfections without appearing cakey or feeling heavy on the skin. Best of all your skin feels fresh and brighter instantly.

Bronzer and Highlighter

Bourjois Bronzing Powder and Highlighter Duo
Now, I  may be cheating by picking a two in one but in my opinion this product is the best value for money with it giving you both highlighter and bronze. This product is pretty well known for its almost chocolate bar look and smell which adds to its appeal and its perfect for anyone who just wants a natural glow, it also saves you space in your make up bag, which means you have room for another product!

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Galaxy Eye Palette
When I first heard that YouTuber Tanya Burr had brought out her own cosmetics range I was a little sceptical. I must admit though, i have been pleasantly surprised. The palette has four shades which when blended together create the perfect smokey eye. It’s kinda like a cheap version of the Charlotte Tilbury shades and as you probably know anything that reminds me of the CT is a winner in my eyes.

 Revolution Redemption Palette Romantic Smoked
This palette has more neutral shades that can be worn everyday rather than Tanya’s which is more of  night out palette. When I discussed this palette with some friends, one of them told me it was actually really good dupe for the Naked palette and I have to agree.

   Sleek Brow Kit
I’d sum this product up as the dupe version of Benefit’s Brow Zings. It contains the holding wax, the shading powder and two mini bow brushes which are actually pretty goo at creating a strong brow shape. I would however, make sure you pick the right shade for your hair as the wax could be quite dark and full on, on some peoples brows.

Rimmel Special Eyes Precision Eye Liner Pencil
For me, eyeliner is eyeliner. As long as it draws a black line on my lash line and water line, I honestly don’t care. If there’s one liner that lasts a bit longer on me however, it’s the Rimmel one. It’s easy to use and is also ridiculously cheap, bonus!

  Maybelline Lash Sensational
If there’s one product Maybelline excel at, it’s mascara. From their amazing The Falsies Mascara to The Colossal, they know they’re shiz.  This mascara is just as good as the old favourites, but I feel it’s a lot more natural looking than previous products.

Make Up Brushes

 Real Techniques Brushes
The Real Techniques brushes were created by two Beauty Artists/YouTubers who took the beauty world by storm with their simple and easy to replicate Make Up looks. These brushes are, in my opinion the best products to have come out in a long time.

   L’oreal Colour Riche
These lipsticks are a perfect matte and suit all skin tones. They do a rather extensive range with over 30 shades rather than some other budget brands which have limited stock. It also feels quite moisturizing om you lips.

Nail Varnish

 Rimmel Rita Ora Nail Varnish
Recently, I’ve started painting my nails again. I did go through a Nails Inc phase however, as I like to chnage my colour every week, buying a different Nails Inc bottle is far too expensive. In my personal opinion, Rimmel do Nail Varnish which dries quickly and is ridiculously easy to apply (even I can use it!)

Anyway that’s all for now, I hope you enjoyed this post!
